With over 30 years in the 245 zip code, I feel so fortunate to have lived in several of the communities around here. From walkable Rivermont neighborhoods to the beautiful countryside of Bedford County (and a few other places in between!), I pride myself on having a real knowledge of the 245 and its surrounding areas. And I know I can help find the perfect place for you to call home.

To me, the best part of living in the 245 is enjoying all the beautiful outdoor activities Virginia has to offer. My husband, two sons, and I enjoy camping, biking, and hiking. You are never too far from a stunning view around here!
